- Holy Family Academy students will be attending an overnight orientation at Camp Fatima in Gilmanton Iron Works, NH. Juniors & Seniors will be attending 9/4-9/6 and 7th-10th graders will be attending 9/5-9/6. Students will be chaperoned by HFA staff and will participate in outdoor activities, prayer and community building.
- I hereby give my student(s) permission to participate in the orientation activities . I understand the risk of injury associated with physical activity. I release Holy Family Academy and its staff from any and all liability and all injury or loss which may be occasioned as a result of this activity. In case of an accident, I hereby authorize Holy Family Academy to arrange for emergency first-aid treatment. I realize that I will be contacted as soon as possible in the event of an emergency.
