- Holy Family Academy seeks to offer a community environment where students are fully present and engaged with each other. In order to limit the distraction cell phones often create, Holy Family Academy has developed this cell phone policy.
  
  Students may bring cell phones to school with the permission of their parents and under the following conditions:
  
  Upon entering the school students must check cell phones at the office.
  
  Cell phones will be kept securely in the office during school hours.
  
  Cell phones may not be brought to class or stored in lockers or backpacks.
  
  Students may go to the main office to request permission to use their cell phone during breaks and lunch only.
  
  Students who violate the cell phone policy more than once will lose the privilege of bringing a cell phone to school. Repeated violations may result in a more serious penalty as determined by the Head of School.
- Permission is granted to my student to bring a cell phone to school in accord with the school policy concerning cell phone use. We agree to fully abide by the terms of this policy.
